Return Policy
All returns must be accompanied by a Returned Goods Authorization Number provided by Protech Diamond™ No return of merchandise will be accepted without prior authorization from Protech Diamond™.
Except due to manufacturing defects, all returns must be made within 30 days of sales with the original receipt. The products must be in resalable condition in manufacturer’s original package and are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Returning transportation is customer’s responsibility.
Shipping and Returns
- Minimum order: A minimum order charge will be applied to all orders less than $150.00 (shipping and tax excluded).
- Free shipping on all orders via UPS Ground or trucking. If an alternative shipping option is selected, the ground service charge will be deducted from the final charge and the customer will pay the difference in shipping cost.
- Payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, C.O.D., Paypal, or Protech Diamond™ account with approved credit.

- If returns are authorized, Protech Diamond™ will cover return shipping costs.
Limited Warranty
- Protech Diamond™ guarantees its products against defects in materials and workmanship for six months from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of defective products purchased from Blade Wares.
- Protech Diamond™ reserves the right to pro-rate any warranty based on tool life prior to failure.
- This warranty does not cover damages caused by abuse, misuse, or normal wear from usage.
- The user assumes the responsibility of determining the suitability of the products for their intended use.
- In no event shall Protech Diamond™ be responsible for incidental or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever.
